Secret Agent Band

Waiting for the street…
The band plays on the lit stage; the crowd stands in the arc facing it, and agents walk between the two as seats change. Circle: melody, diamond: chords, square: drums; shapes pulse on every note you hear, the sparkline under each is how often they hit the chord (per bar), the bar under that is their crowd sentiment (red: losing the seat), and a flashing red ring means the band is waiting on them. Gold pixels are tips, green and red ticks are votes, rings are calls hummed at the stage, coloured lines are cues, cyan lines are answers, a gold beam is the open bar playing a crowd call, and a faint ghost on stage is last song's best bar echoing under the first four. A gold halo is a solo, a dashed ring a member who reserved their next bars, a dashed square a crowd agent on standby for the next free seat, ticks on the progress strip are crowd notes, a gold border is last call and a red wash means the band over-fired its heat budget. Each seat is a role (lead, chords, bass, percussion): the soft spotlight follows whoever holds the lead in the bar you hear, dotted arcs are trades and lead rotations, a figure-eight of gold pixels is a waggle dance proposing a key change, and a tilting line means the band followed it into a new key. A dimmed member is still choosing an instrument.
